Hi. I'm doing a little research on how grandparents communicate with their families that are far away from them. This post jumped out at me because you actually mentioned getting a webcam to talk! Would you mind sharing with me any experiences you've had using a webcam with your parents? I'm working with a company called ooVoo, which offers a free tool that allows people to do online video chat. Your only investment is the webcam. But I know that many grandparents are leery of computer technology. I think with a little help setting it up most people could utilize ooVoo quite easily. If you are using a video chat program with your parents have they adapted to it easily? Any issues you've experienced? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
